Monthly meetings are conducted each third Monday of every  month at 7pm @ Mount Welcome Baptist Church (581 Parker Ave.) 

ELTNA was formed in 2002 by Amy Weeks and Max Dupree. Some of the original Board Members, such as Brenda Pace, Veronica Gilliard and Denise Walker still serve the community faithfully.

The Association's focus includes:

• Crime and protection of children and the elderly
• Abandoned Houses
• Drugs
• Neglected Animals
• Litter
• Speeding
• Local Businesses
• Recycling
• Beatification
• Voter education and registration
• Various philanthropic functions for East Lake Terrace

We work closely with the Dekalb County Government and Police Services to accomplish our goals.
