Many members of East Lake Terrace are participating in the East Lake Area Security Patrol (ELASP) in an effort to reduce crime in the area.  ELASP is an independant organization, separate and apart from ELTNA, comprised of members of various neighborhoods throughout the area.  If you would like to learn more, click here.
